Matt Jeffries
I'm a recent graduate from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Media Studies and a love to write. The written word is such a clear-cut and expressive form of communication and there is nothing quite like sitting down and putting a piece together for other people to digest. At university, I was fortunate enough to undertake several classes for non-fiction writing and was able to gain a real grasp of how to put together a well formulated article. My main love arose from writing about film (as I majored in Cinema Studies) and this love grew into a desire to write movie reviews. Over my time I have built up quite an archive of film reviews which has allowed whoever might be interested to gain knowledge on a particular movie or to hotly debate a certain topic. My other interests include a wide range of sport which is sparked by a lifetime of playing and supporting some of the greatest games going around.
I write how I speak and love to get straight to the point. If something works or I like it, you'll be sure to know about it!
